DELIVERY POLICY

 

Delivery of Vehicles

1. Main Office:
All vehicles are rented and returned at our main office located at Tirana International Airport.

2. Other Delivery Locations:
We offer delivery of rental vehicles to specified locations within Tirana. Deliveries can be made to hotels, airports, or other designated locations upon prior arrangement.

3. Delivery Fees:
A delivery fee will apply for deliveries outside the standard service area. This fee will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Timing:
Delivery will be arranged based on customer requests, with a minimum notice period of 6 hours. Customers will be notified of estimated delivery times upon booking confirmation.

5. Condition on Delivery:
All vehicles will be inspected before delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon receipt and report any discrepancies immediately.

 

Working Hours

• Our regular working hours are from 08:00 to 20:30.
• Out-of-hours service is available upon request for an additional fee of 30 euros.
• To arrange for after-hours service, customers must provide the following information: phone number and flight number.

 

Grace Period

There is a grace period of 60 minutes for customers arriving late to pick up their vehicle during regular business hours.

• Thursday: Open 24 hours
• Friday: Open 24 hours
• Saturday: Open 24 hours
• Sunday: Open 24 hours
